QC Inspector
Principle Of Responsibilities
1.Inspect the product by following the method statement, Control plan, Inspection standard, Check sheet, Drawing and any other documents specified for each project.
2.Analyze the cause of the quality problem and find the way to protect the re-occurance.
3.Reviews and confirm the inspection result before the production.
4.Participate in the meeting about the product quality when required.
5.Conduct the test for the compatibility between the silicone and other materials.
Experience
1 Year in Alum. & Glass business
Skills
1.Knowledge in understanding the tools and inspection method.
2.Knowledge of façade technical principles.
3.Ability to understand the design,production and installation procedures.
4.Knowledge of the corrective action process to resolve non-conforming conditions
